We are a power project development company in India, with track record of developing and operating power plants. We were established in 2001 to capitalize on the emerging opportunities in the Indian power sector and focus on developing, operating and maintaining power projects. We supply power to a combination of industrial and state-owned consumers in India.

KSK Energy Ventures has current interests in various operational/Commissioning power plants capable of generating 933 MW of power and is currently involved in constructing 3720 MW Power plants in addition to developing or planned power projects capable of generating an aggregate of 6525 MW of power when fully developed. The power from these plants is sold or will be sold under a combination of long-term, medium-term and short-term power purchase agreements ("PPAs") primarily to industrial and state-owned consumers.
